These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the"Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "User", or "you") and vegas969 (hereinafter referred to as "vegas969", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services available at https://vegas969.cam.

To register and maintain an active account on vegas969, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players between the ages of 18 and 20 are not eligible to use this Platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems are not eligible to hold player accounts.
• You must not beself-excluded from this Platform or any other gambling service as part of an active self-exclusion agreement.
• You must not hold an existing account on vegas969. Only one account per individual is permitted. Multi-accounting constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any third party or as part of any commercial activity.
• You confirm that the funds used to place bets or make deposits are legitimately sourced and do not derive from any unlawful activity.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

vegas969 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification may be required prior to processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your account lifecycle at vegas969's sole discretion. Standard documentation requests include:

• Government-issued photo ID — Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or other valid national identity document.

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). vegas969 supports a range of Malaysian-native payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank, among others. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits made using funds derived from fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity will be subject to confiscation and the matter reported to the relevant authorities. vegas969 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding money laundering and will cooperate fully with any regulatory or law enforcement investigations.

vegas969 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer at the time of issue. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and this general Agreement, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

General principles applicable to all bonuses and promotional offers include the following:

• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity window specified for each promotion. Failure to meet requirements within the validity period results in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Each promotion is limited to one redemption per household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• vegas969 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will be notified of any material changes.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or systematic low-risk play designed to extract bonus value — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the relevant Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

All casino game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. Sports betting markets are resolved in accordance with the specific rules published for each market type and sport. In the event of any technical malfunction, game round error, or data feed interruption affecting the settlement of a bet, vegas969 reserves the right to void affected round or market and return stakes to Player accounts.

By placing any real-money bet or wager on the Platform, the Player acknowledges and accepts that:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or voided by the Player after confirmation, except where explicitly provided by specific market cashout rules.
• Game rules, odds, and bet limits are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Live betting odds are subject to real-time price movement. The odds applicable at the time of bet confirmation are final regardless of subsequent price changes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any Player Funds held at the time of suspension may be withheld pending investigation:

• Creating or operating more than one account (multi-accounting), including using accounts registered under third-party names.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or influence game outcomes.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, money laundering, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or game servers.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including coordinated exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts or devices.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with customer support.

• Suspected fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation.
• Account inactivity exceding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• A request from a competent regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified Player Funds balance will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vegas969, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

vegas969 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party network disruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of services. vegas969 shall not be held liable for any financial losses arising from such unavailability, provided that reasonable steps are taken to restore services in a timely manner.

Gambling inherently carries the risk of financial loss. By using this Platform, the Player acknowledges and accepts this risk in full. vegas969 does not guarantee any return on wagers placed and accepts no responsibility for gambling-related financial losses.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game content, graphics, text, design elements, and audio-visual materials — is the proprietary property of vegas969 or its duly licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. vegas969 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where material changes affecting Player rights are involved, in which case vegas969 will provide reasonable advance notification via the registered account email address or Platform notification banner.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your full acceptance of the updated Terms. Players who do not accept the updated Terms should cease using the Platform and contact support to close their account.
